This 14-day tour basically takes you to Buddhist pilgrimage sites including Lord Buddha's birthplace but also encompasses wider section of Nepal sampling our ancient culture, religion, rich wildlife and breathtaking views of glowing mountains. You will visit prime Buddhist stupas and monasteries, Hindu temples and shrines, arts and architectures of palace complexes and ancient Newari villages in and around Kathmandu Valley. Dhulikhel and Pokhara offer excellent Himalayan Panorama View. Tansen is the most beautiful hill station of Nepal where temperature is very pleasant throughout the year. Again, you will witness the Newari culture and tradition in Tansen. Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha is indescribable. Emperor Ashoka of 3rd century B.C. has marked the birthplace of Lord Buddha with a pillar. You will feel peace and deep sense of veneration while visiting the ruins of ancient monasteries and stupas. There are some newly built monasteries of different sects. Chitwan National Park is the largest game park of Nepal in term of wildlife population. More than 500 One-Horned Rhinoceros, 100 Royal Bengal Tigers, Leopards, Sloth Beers, 4 species of deer, 2 species of Crocodiles and 460 different species of resident and migratory bird life take shelter in the sub-tropical forest of the park. The Elephant Back Safari and other activities are highly exciting.

Details Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing Tours - Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Bhaktapur City and drive to Nagarkot for overnight stay.

Day 03: Morning Sunrise View, Panauti Village Excursion, hikes to Namobuddha Monastery and drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 04: Visit to Swayambhunath Stupa, Thai Monastery in Kirtipur Newari Village, Guru Padma Sambhava's Cave ( Asura Cave) in Pharping & Chobhar Gorge, Patan Durbar Square and Golden Temple (Hiranyavarna Mahavihar, a Newari Monastery) and drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight hotel.

Day 05: Drive/Fly to Pokhara. Pokhara Valley excursion including Tibetan Village, Pokhara monastry and boating in Phewa Lake. (6 hours drive)

Day 06: Sunrise tour to Sarangkot. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Drive to Tansen. (5-6 hours) Walk to Shreenagar Hill. Overnight in hotel/resort.

Day 08: Drive to Lumbini (4 hours) Visit Lord Buddha's birthplace, which is marked by an Ashokan Pillar, erected in 3rd century. Overnight hotel in Bhairahawa.

Day 09: Drive to Chitwan National Park (4 hours). Afternoon jungle safari tours. Overnight in bungalow/camp.

Day10: Jungle Safari activities. Overnight in bungalow/camp.

Day11: Drive/ fly to Kathmandu. Overnight hotel.( 4 hours drive)

Day12: Free day for fancy-free shopping.

Day13: Transfer to airport for departure.
