Payment Procedure and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

All payments should be made in Foreign Exchange.
USD 400 per person should be made in advance for land tour either by telex
Transfer to our bank account or by credit card with signature.

Option 02: If by credit card: (please Contact Us) - Please note if you are using credit card then there will be 4% extra in total bill for bank service charge. Please Download & print the payment file, fill up the form and attach in our e-mail. you must do signature it is secure payment.

CANCELLATIONS:
US Dollars 200.00 per person will be charged if tour cancelled 1 week before of tour starts and USD 400.00 will be charged if tour cancelled less than 1 week and no refund if cancelled less than a day .

REFUNDS
If we are forced to cancel your booked trip for any reason(s), an alternative tour will be offered. If this will not be suitable then we reserve the right to cancel any trip and will make a full refund that you paid. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages and claims

LIABILITY
While undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation/delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control. Himalaya Holiday Service Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without prior notice.

Insurance
Personal Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all. However, as a condition of accepting you on the trip, we insist on your having a personal comprehensive travel insurance policy

Re routing/alteration of program:
Alternation of tour could be necessary, at any time, due to the weather, political restrictions or any other cause which are beyond our control. Such changes will always be at the discretion of Himalaya Holiday Service (P) Ltd/its employee and agent. No refund or compensation will be available for any changes to service.
